23-053 (06-20) Vacate Platted Drainage and Utility Easement Valley Square 3rd AdditionDocuSign Envelope ID: E7CC782F-D8C6-4800-B52F-0248235080AA RESOLUTION NO.23-053 RESOLUTION VACATING PLATTED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT VALLEY SQUARE 31d ADDITION (LOTS 1 & 2, BLOCK 2) WHEREAS, The Sentinel development project will require a new plat to be recorded in the southeast corner of the Golden Valley Road and Wisconsin Avenue ; WHEREAS, the existing platted drainage and utility easement associated with the Valley Square 3rd Addition is no longer required upon approval of the plat for the Sentinel development; WHEREAS, a public hearing to consider the vacation of such easement was held on June 20, 2023 before the City Council in the City Hall located at 7800 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, MN at 6:30 p.m. after due published and posted notice had been given, as well as notice to all affected property owners. All interested and affected persons were given an opportunity to voice their concerns and be heard. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Golden Valley that: 1. The vacation is hereby granted and the easement described as follows is hereby vacated: All dedicated drainage and utility easements within Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, VALLEY SQUARE 3RD ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
