Meeting of August 2, 2023
The Golden Valley - Crystal - New Hope Joint Water Commission (JWC) meeting was called
to order at 1:33 pm.

Approval of Minutes July 5, 2023
Moved by Bell and seconded by Bertholf to approve the minutes of the July 5, 2023, Joint
Water Commission (JWC) Meeting. Upon a roll call vote the following voted in favor:
Cruikshank, Bell, and Bertholf. The following voted against: None. Motion carried.
Approve Resolution 23-04 Making Annual Elections for the 2023-2024 Insurance
Policy
Moved by Bertholf and seconded by Bell to approve Resolution 23-04 Making Annual
Elections for the 2023-2024 Insurance Policy. Upon a roll call vote the following voted in
favor: Cruikshank, Bell, and Bertholf. The following voted against: None. Motion carried.
TAC Update
Staff provided an update from the July 27, 2023, TAC meeting.

Next meeting scheduled for September 6, 2023.
