23-112 (12-19) Amendment to the Future Land Use Map Designating 4100 Golden Valley Road for Institutional - Assembly UseRESOLUTION NO. 23-112 RESOLUTION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATING 4100 GOLDEN VALLEY ROAD FOR INSTITUTIONAL - ASSEMBLY USE WHEREAS, the City Council has met at the time and place specified in a notice duly published with respect to the subject matter hereof and has heard all interested persons, and it appearing in the interest of the public that the Future Land Use Map as heretofore adopted and enacted by the City of Golden Valley be amended; and WHEREAS, the area affected will be legally described as follows: The West 90.00 feet of the East 648.70 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 29, Range 24, lying Northerly of the centerline of 19th Avenue North, also known as Golden Valley Road, and Southerly of Block 1, MARY HILLS, according to the duly recorded plat thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Golden Valley, that pursuant to the provision of Sec. 113-28 of the City Code for the City of Golden Valley, and subject to review and approval by the Metropolitan Council for conformity with regional systems plan as provided in state law, the Future Land Use Map for the City of Golden Valley is hereby amended by designating 4100 Golden Valley Road for Institutional - Assembly use.
