Request: Waiver from Section 113-149 (Shoreland Management), Subd. (e)(1) (structure setback
from ordinary high water). Request for a variance to allow a 29.3-foot setback from the ordinary high
water line of Sweeney Lake where 75 feet is required for a 14’ x 21’ deck and related stairs.
