REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
1) Call to Order
Commissioners present: Josh Kelley, Ben Stoner, Angela Wagner, Molly Goenner, Coy
Drontle
Staff present: Brian Erickson, Staff Liaison; Nicole Eller-Peploe, Office Assistant
2) Land Acknowledgement Statement
Ben Stoner shared the Land Acknowledgment Statement with the commission.
3) Oath of Office
Coy Drontle took the Oath of Office.
4) Approval of Agenda
Josh Kelley motioned, Molly Goenner seconded.
5) Approval of September 8, 2025 Meeting Minutes
Josh Kelley motioned, Ben Stoner seconded.
6) Business
a) Budget Review
i) Brian Erickson shared a detailed explanation of the budget to date. Discussion then
followed with the commissioners while working within the bylaws.
b) Allocation Review
i) Members agreed to move the allocation discussion until after the two presentations.
c) Bridge for Youth, Jeremiah Hawkins
i) After the presentation, discussion followed with the commissioners.
d) Damascus Way, Tierre Webster
i) After the presentation, discussion followed with the commissioners.
e) Agency Question Responses
i) Brian Erickson handed out copies of the responses to questions from other agencies,
discussion followed.
f) Allocation Review con’t.
i) It was decided to delay the allocation decisions until the next meeting, allowing Cory
Drontle to review applications and complete a rubric.
ii) Brian Erickson will add Cory Drontle’s information the spreadsheet.
