RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 806
WHEREAS, the City has adopted the above referenced amendment of the Golden
Valley City Code; and
WHEREAS, the verbatim text of the amendment is cumbersome, and the expense
of the publication of the complete text is not justified.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GOLDEN VALLEY, MINNESOTA that the following summary is hereby approved for
official publication:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE
AMENDING CHAPTER 113 OF THE CITY CODE RELATED TO
TEMPORARY USE PERMITS
This is a summary of the provisions of Ordinance No . 806 which has been approved for
publication by the City Council.
At the November 5, 2025, City Council meeting, the Golden Valley City Council enacted
Ordinance No. 806 amending Section 113-31 Temporary Use Permits. The full ordinance
is available to the public at the City Clerkâs Office, 7800 Golden Valley Road during normal
business hours and online at https://www.goldenvalleymn.gov/179/City-Code-and-
Proposed-Ordinances.
