RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 810
WHEREAS, the City has adopted the above referenced amendment of the Golden
Valley City Code; and
WHEREAS, the verbatim text of the amendment is cumbersome, and the expense
of the publication of the complete text is not justified.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GOLDEN VALLEY, MINNESOTA that the following summary is hereby approved for
official publication:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A TO THE CITY CODE
Establishing 2026 Fee Schedule
This is a summary of the provisions in Ordinance No. 810 which has been approved for
publication by the City Council.
At the December 2, 2025 City Council Meeting, the Golden Valley City Council enacted
Ordinance No. 810 establishing a 2026 fee schedule. The full ordinance is available to the
public at the City Clerkâs Office, 7800 Golden Valley Road during normal business hours
and online at www.goldenvalleymn.gov/code/.
