point of sale could be Brookview Community Center, Pro Shop, Byerly's and the

opportunity" to use the space for some sort of fund raiser such as a garage
sale, "haunted house", etc.
D. City staff suggested that the photo contest winning photos of the city could
be made into note cards and sold as a fund raiser.
E. City staff also suggested that a proposed fund raiser could be a Golden Valley
"Shop and Eat" - bargain of the week a cooperative venture with local
restaurants or stores, publicized in the city newsletter, with coupons sold
to shoppers with the proceeds going to the Foundation. Sue Virp.ig will
further research this proposal.
F. A golf special at Brookview for four golfers was proposed to be sold at the

the possibility of the Foundation being the charitable gambling receiver if
