Section 5.18: Alcoholic Beverages - Certain
Unlawful Acts
It is unlawful for any:
Subdivision 1
Person to knowingly induce another to make an illegal sale or purchase of an
alcoholic beverage.
Subdivision 2
Licensee to sell or serve an alcoholic beverage to any person who is obviously
intoxicated.
Subdivision 3
Licensee to fail, where doubt could exist, to require adequate proof of age of a
person upon licensed premises.
Subdivision 4
Licensee to sell an alcoholic beverage on any day, or during any hour, when such
sales are not permitted by law.
Subdivision 5
Licensee to allow consumption of an alcoholic beverage on licensed premises on any
day, or during any hour, when such consumption is not permitted by law.
Subdivision 6
Person to purchase any alcohol on any day, or during any hour, when such sales
are not permitted by law.
