APPROVAL OF MINUTES Moved by Christiansen, seconded by Jensen to approve the minutes �f July 12, 19b6, carried unanimously. 55-g-2o Charles T. Hvass ( 17 ) 6478 Westchester Circle The petition is for the waiver of Section 3 . 07 flf the Zoning Regulations fflr a frontyard setback. MOVED by Jensen, seconded by Anderson tfl approve a waiver of 42 feet to a frontyard setback of 302 feet for the addition of a three car garage carried unanimously. The 8oard felt that since the unusual curvature of the street was involved and only �ne corner of the buitding needed th� waiver , it was proper t� grant it . b6-8-21 Frank W Ainsworth (5 ) 4975 S�rell Avenue North The petition is for the waiver of Secti�n 3 .07 of the Z�ning Regulations for a sideyard setback. The petitioner desires a waiver of 3a feet to a setback �f 20 feet forthe sideyard fln an existing building and a waiver of 442 feet rearyard setback on a proposed bay and storage area and a 20 foot waiver on a sideyard setback. The appr�val is based fln fihe adjacent land being Light Industria1 in the future.
