GV Board of Appeals 12- 18-66 Page 2
The Board wishes to reaffirm this position along with the
fotiowing observation. It is felt by the 8oard that no particular
hardship exists in this case and that the terrain and tpgraphy
just does not warrant a two story building at this tocation. The
Board also wishes to make mention of the fact that the area
surrounding this parcel is , fr the most part , residential in
nature and they feei that a two story building would be over -
whelning in this area.
MOVED by Swedberg , seconded by Christiansen, to dny the petition
for variances for the following reasons :
1 . The Bard does not believe waivers should be granted at this
locatin f4r the reasons atready stated.
2 , The Board is of the opinion that it des not have the power
to grant such a variance as requested in this petitin.
The mtion carried unanimusly.
A motin was entertained for adjurnment at 8: 15 p.m.
