A re�ular meeting of the Golden Va11ey Board of Zoning Appeals wag held
Tuesday, June 13, 1967 , at 7 :30 p.m, at the Golden Valley Civic �enter,
7800 Golden Valley Road , Golden Valley, Minnesota . Chairman Christiansen
presic3�ed and the follotiving members were present; Jensen, Anderson, Bruch.

APPROVAL OF �TNUTES
• MOVED by Anderson, seconded by Bruch, carried unanimously, to approve
the minutes of May 9, 1967 .
67-6-12 328 Burntside Drive (8) Daniel Heilicher
The peition is for the waiver of Sectian 3 .07 of the Zoning Code for
2.4 feet to a sideyard setback of 12 . 6 feet on the north sideyard of the
exis�i�zzg dwelling.
MOVED by Bruch, seconded by Araderson, unanimously carried to approve the
waiver as requested .
67-6-13 (°) 309 Meadow Lane South Douglas H Smith
The pe�ition is for the waiver of Section 3.07 of the Zoning Code for
11 feet to a frontyard setback of 2L}t and a waiver on the south sideyard
of 8 feet to a setback of 7 feet for a proposed home.
MOVED by Bruch, seconded by Anderson, unanimously carried, to deny the
request since the Board feels that a home can be designed for this lot
which would conform with the Village Ordinances .

request because the Board feels that no severe hardship exists .

MOVED by Anderson, seconded by �Tensen,-�unanimously carrzed to grant the
waivers . The Board notes that the proponent is constructing within the
area that was previously waived by the Village Council .

waivers , contingent upon recei�� of a certified survey. No building

MOVED by Anderson, seconded by Brueh, unanimously carried to �;rant the
waivers in order to guarantee proper aestheties of the proposed additian.
