APPROVAL OF �TNUTES • MOVED by Anderson, seconded by Bruch, carried unanimously, to approve the minutes of May 9, 1967 . 67-6-12 328 Burntside Drive (8) Daniel Heilicher The peition is for the waiver of Sectian 3 .07 of the Zoning Code for 2.4 feet to a sideyard setback of 12 . 6 feet on the north sideyard of the exis�i�zzg dwelling. MOVED by Bruch, seconded by Araderson, unanimously carried to approve the waiver as requested . 67-6-13 (°) 309 Meadow Lane South Douglas H Smith The pe�ition is for the waiver of Section 3.07 of the Zoning Code for 11 feet to a frontyard setback of 2L}t and a waiver on the south sideyard of 8 feet to a setback of 7 feet for a proposed home.
