A regular meeting of the Gotden Valley Bflard of Zoning Appeals was hetd
�hursday, August 10, i967, at 9:30 p,m, at tMe Gotden Va11ey Civic
Center , 7$00 Go1den Valley Road, Goiden Vattey, Minnesota. Chairman
Christiansen presided and the f�11�wing members were present : Velz,
Jens�n, Bruch. Also present were Otto Schmid, Phyllis Jordaht .
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOVED by Jensen, seconded by Bruch, unanimously carried to approve the
minutes of the July 13, 1967 meeting.

MOVED by Velz, secflnded by Jensen, unanim�us1y carried to apprflve the
waivers to modernize the old bui1ding, by reducing the height to one
story, but sti11 adhere to the parking requirements of a standard
setback, These waivers were s�mewhat occasioned by the new right �f way
line for G1enw�od Avenue.'

the request for waivers .
