The proximity of neighboring residences was examined by the Board. The closest neighbors are to the south and east. Photographs provided by Mr. Stillman depicted topography to the rear of his home. Mahlon Swedberg said that in viewing the property, he saw this as a unique situation because the existing home is far to the rear of the lot and unique topographic circumstances exist which enhance privacy and view. In the opinion of the Board, a waiver of setback requirements as petitioned seemed reasonable. A motion was made by Mahlon Swedbery to approve the waiver as requested, second by Mike Sell and upon vote carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board, it was upon motion by Mahlon Swedberg, second by Mike Sell and carried unanimously to adjourn at 7 :45 P.M. Art lan agan, Chai red ' k .
