feet from the west lot line to a distance of 5.95

Mahlon Swedberg asked Mr. Hubbs how long he has lived in the house. Mr.
Hubbs said that he had recently moved there in May. Mahlon Swedberg noted
that the distance of 5.95 feet requested is common to other houses in the
neighborhood and would not be out of character to the neighborhood. Larry
Smith noted that the waiver is for an existing house and that the deck and
addition meets all required setbacks.
Mahlon Swedberg moved to approve the waiver as on the agenda, second by
Herb Polachek and upon vote carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was upon
motion, second and vote to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.
