The proposed apartment building wuld be aproximately 13 stories in height and contain more than 100 living units , The committee feels that this wuld be a gooc[ location for a multiple development because it is along a major highway - T.H. 55, adjacent to Theodore Wirth Park aiong the esst properfiy 1ine and it will be adjacent to a diamond interchange that is expected to develp at Glenwood Far!<way and T.H. 55 .
