�n Thursday, Novem(aer 11 , 19b5, at 7 :30 p.m, at the Gc�tden Valley

with tow density residential uses. The �re� has developed wifih 5
two-family dweilings , The prop�sed 12 unit apa�trr�nt wou1d be
c�mpatibie with the �re�.
3 . The prop�sed apartment appears ta be o� a very high quality with
�ver 2000 sq ft in each a�artment unit .
4, This tot wauld be rather difficult to develop for single family
use because �f the 2J0 fo�t depth and frontac�e on two streets . Two
single f�r�°ily homes fronfiing on &th Ave N with the rear facing T.H.
55 w�uid be the most l�gic�l devel��pment into singte family lots .

The Ordinance Committee rec�mmend� � revision of the Ordinance
reducing the requir�d setback along Medicine Lake Road from 120
feet to 75 .�eet from the center l ine as is inciicated fc�r Residentiat
devel�pment. If an 80 foot right-�f-way is accomptished, th�;
buildings would be setb�ck 35 feet firom the property line. Alsr�, the
Ordin�nce Committee recommends the normal 35 foot front yard setbac�

The Ordinanc� C�mmittee began its re view of the Industria1 District
� C�de and decided to continue th is next month along with a review
of the Com�;rcial District and in particular, the Nursery ar
greenhouse use.
