This property is located at the northeast qudrant of County Road 66 anc3 Regent Avenue. This property totas approximately 54,000 square feet in area . Sn March, 1966, the petitioner, Mr Nelson requested a raiver from the Board of Zaning Appeals to construct twotwo family dwellin.gs on this property in aecordance with the plat approved in January, 1964 . The change in the Ordinanee since that time, makes it neces- sary to receive an Ordinance waiver in order to build two 'amil.y dwellings on this property. In March, 1966, the Bord of Appeals stated that they woul.d consider one double facing Co .
