held �n Thursd�y, M�rch 16, 1967, at 7 :30 p.m, at the G�1den
V211ey Civic Center , 7�300 Golden Vatley R�ad, G�lden Valley,
Minnesota, Fresident Senstad �esicled and Bri_�ch, Br�wn, Da1y,
Franzen, Christiansen, J�hnston, �enn�c!<, Silv�rman, Swedber� ,
Ra�ag 1 and and Sw�ns�n were pr usent , Merr.ber s absent : Jensen,
