GOLDEN VALLEY PARK BOARD
NOVEMBER 14.1951
The regular meeting of the Golden Valley Park Board was
held at the Golden Valley Village Hall at 7:30 p.m.
November 14,1951 with President J.G.Boyer presiding.
All members were present.
Minutes of the October 10 th meeting were read and approved.
A letter was received from the Golden Valley Garden Club
requesting that the park on Harold Avenue be named the
Lillian A.Seeman P.;emorial Park. All members were in favor
of this proposal but the dedication would have to be at a
latter date as the park is not as yet in proper condition.
The secretary was asked to write a letter to the Garden
Club to this effect.
Yr. Ainsworth,county com:lialoner,offered the use of trucks
for hauling fill for the park area.
Meetmng was adjourned at 6:30p.m.
