JUNE 10,1953
The Park Board of the Village of Golden Valley met for ROLL CALL
their regular monthly meeting at the Village Hall.
J.Gordon Boyer and Ray B.Stoclo'nan present.
The minutes of the T%y 13th meeting were read and approved.T-IINUTES
Prof. C.I.Fioga and O.C.YounC�quist representing Noble Grove
presented the Park Board with a sii;;ested plan for
improving Pappouse Lake Park. They advised that there was
a possibility of obtaining a merry-�o-round from the
Franklin Dairy. It was the opinion of the Park Board that
the interest showed by the "oble Grove Group should be
commended.
T'iss Skartvedt and Miss Barton owners of property cr.
Plymouth Avenue bordering Golden Oaks Park voiced a --
complaint on the placement of the swing sets in rear
of their property. The Park Board advised that they
u ould investigate and if it finds that the swing sets
are a Nuisance they will have them moved.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00
