This would mean $4612. in addition to the x,;2100. we already pay a director. A full time director would bring the Recreation Budget to $24,797. This would bring ou-r total 1961 Park and Recreation Budget to $55,547. Our present mill levy is figured on 13,600 which would mean we would be asking for 4.1 mills. Mr. Ferguson suggested that the Summer Staff might be out in order to secure a full time director. Mr. Ulstad will go before the Council in a week. and September 7, 1960, IAinutes Continued will ask for 4 mills. If we are cut to 3.5 mills, he feels we could still hire a full time director by cutting down on the Summer Program. On the basis of 4 mills, our yearly budget would increase $4000. a year.
