In order to utilize funds of $3,360 available from the GOACP, Brenna

following reasons: Medley Hills is a regional park, this is in line with
regional park development strategy; Medley Hills is not in close proximity
to other lighted courts, and serves a corner of the City that has no
lighted courts; attitudes of nearby residents to lighting are positive.

Medley Hills Park.
