the facilities. Funds for the $ram came from fees, donations and a large garage sale. Fi-
nancial assistance is availabl ar those 'who cannot afford the fee.
Skip expressed his apprecia n: to the city for supplying fine facilities and assisting in mak-
ing their fastpitch program a jocess.
CIP REVIEW
Rick Jacobson showed the C .ssion the five year capital improvement plan which is for
items costing $10,000 or mote. :The FOlf course operating plan and the park improvement
fund plans were reviewed. A, high priority is the walking trail leading from Brookview Park
to Lions Park.
Michele inquired about the arple loose strife that a resident brought to her attention and
asked if the City was doing Jny spraying. Rick explained that the City contracted with a
company in 1989 to spray so a areas Where loose strife was present.
