All material Is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be
completed In a workmanlike manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications
Involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders,
and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays
beyond our oontml. Owner to carry fire, tomado and other
necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by
Workman's Compensation Insurance.

Re: Golden Valley Pump Station Generator May 21, 2014

We are pleased to offer our proposal to relocate the 600 KW generator at the pump station.
Our proposal is based on your drawings, our site visit and our design.
We have included labor, materials, sales tax and equipment for each line item.
Remove and properly dispose up to 1200 gallons of diesel fuel
Remove generator from pad to storage area north of the pump house, assume 1 crane setup
Remove wiring from generator to ATS, retain conduits and store feeder wires for reuse
Saw cut, remove and properly dispose of off site, existing concrete pad 12' x 36'x 12"
Furnish and install 40 LF of modular block retaining wall, aligned with existing wall and tapered to new
sloped grade. Includes appropriate grading and drainage
Install I P x 36'x 12" thick generator pad, 2, #5 rebar mats 12" on center, 4000 PSI mix design
Reinstall used feeder wires, add up to 8 feet per wire, pull new shore power and control wiring
Set generator on new pad and reconnect wiring
Assist Ziegler with testing and recommissioning the generator
Site restoration including patching bituminous tight to pad
Electrical permit

Notes and Clarifications:
Fuel and re -commissioning costs are not included in this proposal.
Engineering and utility fees and winter construction costs are not anticipated and are not included in this pre
