schedule for the replacement of Brookview Community Center.
Staff is requesting direction from City Council to move forward with the proposed project

Summary
The Douglas Drive (County State-Aid Highway 102) reconstruction project has been in the project
development phase since 2010. Over this time period, the project team has purchased
easements from property owners, coordinated with private utility companies, completed the
final design, and has sought approval from all necessary permitting agencies.
The project team will be in attendance to present the project and go over many of the following
