Douglas Drive Reconstruction Project Update Prepared By Marc Nevinski, Physical Development Director Summary The Douglas Drive (County State-Aid Highway 102) reconstruction project has been in the project development phase since 2010. Over this time period, the project team has purchased easements from property owners, coordinated with private utility companies, completed the final design, and has sought approval from all necessary permitting agencies.
