Members present: John Enghauser, Hans Reiss, A. C. Blasing.
After due consideration of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 419, the
Commission unanimously adopt4d a motion made by John Enghausert
seconded by Al Blasing, to the effect that the Civil Service Commission
would operate under and be governed by the Statute referred to above
and amendments thereto, to become effectite February lt 1960.
Village office personnel was instructed by the Secretary to make up
mimeograph of the statues and amendments thereto and distribute as
