Minutes of March 19, 1968 Meeting
Present were R J Hazelrigg and E C Glass. Chief Frandsen was
also present.
The meeting began at 7:30 pm and was adjourned at approximately
11:00 pm. The meeting was held in the home of E C Glass. The
following matters were discussed and acted upon:
The review and modification of the police conduct manual was
completed. The manual will now be printed. Chairman Erickson's
written suggestions were incorporated.
The matter of psychological testing of candidates was discussed.
With the previous concurrence of Chairman Erickson, it was
agreed that the candidates would be given the written multi-
phasic test and thereafter would be given an oral test. Chairman
Erickson had made preliminary arrangements for this oral testing
to be done at the Minneapolis Clinic. The results of this testing
will be used as a guide in the determination of the Police Patrol-
man Eligibility Roster.
