Meeting called to order by the Chairman(Paul a. Seeman).

Minutes of the previous meeting read.There being no corrections or
abjectione,minutes declared accepted as read. .
Motl0n. by Engelbretson seconded by Frandsen to table the matter of the
gas franchise.
Frandeen,Beiso,Engelbretson-and Johnson (yes)'.Seeman (no).
Motion by Johnson seconded by Engelbretson that Village of Golden Talley
contribute $2.00 per month to the Village of Robbinsdale for.7the
maintenance of the recreational project office for rural `-iennipen County.
Contributions to terminate at the end of the project fiscal year,
June Ist.I938.
Seeman, Reiss, Engelbretson, Frandsen and Johnson (yes).
Motion by Envelbretson seconded by Frandsen to send the Village of
Rcbbi nsdale f4.00 for the recreational project off ice, for the maothe of
October and November.

Motion by Johnson seconded by Reiss to grant the Northern States Power Co.
Permit to erect poles as follows: -I pole on Vallev Place and Alpine Page
in Tyrol Hills, I poli on South Valley View,Dri*e between York and terxes
Ave.,2 poles between 23rd Ave. North and South Valley View Drive,York and
Xerxes Ave.,2 poles on Xerxes Ave. between Talley View Drive and South
Valley View Drive, I pole on North Tyrol Trail South of Wayzata Blvd.

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss to grant building permits to
Harry L. Swanson,Lena Varner, and Mrs. Geo. Charland.

Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Reiss that road overseer Mr. Leonard
Bies be authoria-ed to purchase I000 foot of soft wood snow fence and
I25 steel posts.

Application for Building Premit by Mr. W.H.Case was read at this meeting.
