Court Decision an the Halund VS Golden Valley Dump Case was
read by Mr. Edelman and ordered filed.
Mr,t ion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to past notice of
election in three places in the Villae.

The Water Main Bond Issue was explained By Chairman Seeman and
it was decided Council to continue efforts to do all possible
to wojA -out"` 66lu ion that will cause the least hardship on the
Village taxpayers.
Motion by Johnson seconded by En"'elbretson that Chief of Police
appoint officers for the election at the regular rate of pay.
Seeman, Engelbretson and Johnson (yes).
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson to adjourn was so
ordered.
