Meeting called to order by the Chairman(Paul A. Seeman).
Members present:Seeman,Frandsen,Engelbeeteon and Johnson.
Members absent: Reiss.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or
objecticna,minutes declared accepted as reed.
Motion by Johnson seconded by Frandsen to grant the Northers States
Power Co. permit to erect two poles in the Tyrol Hills district.
Frnadeen, Seeman, Engelbretson, and Johnson (yes).
Moticn by Johnson seconded by Engelbretson to accept the proposal of
the W.P.A. to furnish the steel and cement and labor and the Village
to furnish the lumber and sand for (250) street sign poste.Projeet to
start in the near future and to operate in the basement of the Village
hall.
Seeman, Engelbretson and Johnson (yes).
Frnadeen (no).
Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson that the clerk advise the
School Boards in the Village of the garments that was made from the
material gathered in the old clothes drive conducted last fall, that
they may make recommendation as to the dispositions of these garments.

Moticn by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson that attorney tape eters
immediately to draft an ordinance prohibiting incinerators in the
Villa7e cf (,olden. Valley, also prohibiting the tranepdrtation of
garbage thru-the Village by truck or rail.
