Meeting called to order by the chairman (Paul A. Seeman).
Members present: Frandsen, Seeman, Engelbretson and Johnoca.
Members absent: Reiss.
Minutes of tie previous meeting read. There being no corrections or
objections minutes declared accepted as read.
Motion by Frandsen seconded by Engelbrot son to grant building
permits to Elmer Granzo, Jacob Mattoon and Goo. L. Johnsan.
Seeman, Frandsen E ngelbretson and Johneen (yes).
Motion by Engelbret son seconded by Johnson to allaw the sale 'of
fire works from June 25th to the Nth. of July.
Frandsen, Seeman, Engelbretson and Johnoen (yes).
Motion By Johnson seconded by Frandsen the the clerk be instructed to
issue permits for fire works stands.

Motion by Engelbretson seconded by Johnson that the Chairman be
authorized to purchase speed signs for the Glenwood distric* and
and any ather locality he deemw necessary.

poison bait drive under way.
