Members present; Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Engelbretson and Wilson.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or
objections, minutes declared accepted as read.
Motion by Engelbretson, seconded by Frandsen, that the Bond covering
Gail D. Milson as recorder (approved by Mr. Edelmen, village attorney)
be accepted and filed.

Motion by Engelbretson, seconded by Frandsen, to accept the report of
the ownership of the various parcels of property in the Tyrol Hills
addition and to place report on file in the clerk's office.

Motion by Engelbretson, seconded by Frandsen, to contact an engineer to
make a preliminary survey of the Tyrol Hills paving proposition and to
furnish the council with an estimate of the cost.
All (yes).
Motion by Engelbretson, seconded by Frandsen, that Mr. Carroll be
contacted to furnish the council with an estimate of the cost of the
Tyrol Hills paving proposition.
All (yes).
Motion by Frandsen, seconded by Reiss, designating the North American
Office of the Northwestern National and the North Side Office of the
First National Bank as depositories for the village funds, and that
banks are authorized to honor the signatures of Paul A. Seeman, President,
Ottc Wickstrom, Treasurer, and Gail D. Wilson, Recorder, on all village
warrants and checks.

Applications for the various appointive positions were presented to
council and read.
Motion by Engelbrdtson, seconded by Milson, to retain Mr. Edelmen as
village attorney for the year 1939.

Motion by Engelbretson, seconded by Filson, that Martin Larson be
re -appointed building inspector for the year 1939.

and Winslow Fritzen, patrolmen for the year 1939.

medical officer; Frank Bursch as janitor; Paul Seeman as relief administrator;
Leonard Bies as road. overseer; for the year 1939.
