Meeting called to order by the chairman, Paul A. Seeman.
Members present: Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Tolg, Wilson.
Minutes of the -previous meeting read. There being no corrections or objections,
minutes accepted as read.
Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that the plat of Trolee Trails be accepted
as approved by the village engineer and that the streets be graded with a
thirty foot gravel surface and that it be further subject to platers filing
the necessary Completion Bond.

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, to accept the bid of H. A. Rogers Co. for
reproducing four sets of Atlas of the Village of Golden Valley on 100% Rag
B & W at $ 27.37 per set, and that the proper village officials be authorized
to have their: bound.

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that the Village Hall furnace be repaired
at an estimated cost of $ 85.00.

lotion by Reiss, seconded by Frandsen, to set the village levy at $ 75o0.00
to be proportioned as follows: $ 3600.00 to the poor account; $ 3000.00 to
the road and bridge fund; and $ 900.00 to the general fund; and that the clerk
forward this information to the County Auditor.

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that the road foreman be instructed to close
streets in need of repairs in Delphian Heights until such streets are
completed.

Motion by Reiss, seconded by Frandsen, to accept the bid of Ryan Co. for Wausau
X41 -V and B31 Wausau blade mounted at $ 650.00 less $ 30.00 each for two old
straight blades.
