Meeting called to order by the chairman, Paul A. Seeman.
Members present: Seeman, Frandsen, Reiss, Tolg, Wilson.
Minutes of the previous meeting read. There being no corrections or objections,
minutes accepted as read.
Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that the council meeting as canvassing board
declares results as appears from the canvas as follows,
Raymond T. Raskop elected President of Council for two (2) years.
Charles Frandsen elected Trustee for three (3) years.
George Casey elected Treasurer for two (2) years.
Carl Quist elected Justice of the Peace for two (2) years.
Winslow Fritzen elected Constable for two (2) years.

Motion by Reiss, seconded by Tolg, to grant the Minne aoolis Gas Light Co. permit
for the extension of its mains as requested.

Motion by Tolg, seconded by Reiss, that the village attorney checi,.reeoids to see
whether the land was given to the village and what the rights of the village are
in regard to Archie Avenue.

Motion by Reiss, seconded by Frandsen, that a resolution of condolence be
forwarded to the bereaved family of Mr. Wm. H. Hart and that his office be
left vacant for a period of twenty days so that we may show proper respect to
his memory.
