The meeting was called to order by the chairman Raymond T P.skon.
Berbers present : Raskop, Frandsen, Reiss, Tolg, Wilson.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read. There being no corrections or
objections, the minutes were accepted as read.
A Treasures report was read and placed on file.
potion by Frandsen seconded by Reiss that the opening of bids for repairing
the Village Hall be posponed until the next meeting.

A seconded reading in regard to an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Golden Valley, %inn. with respect to the Sideyard
Requirements in Certain Areas Served by Utilities was read.

The Council of the Village o;t Golden Valley does ordain as follows:
1. Section 3 of Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Golden Valley, Minn.,
adopted on gay 3,1938, is hereby amended by inserting the following
after paragraph 1Y -h thereof:
Provided, however, that the foregoing provision with respect to
sideyard requirements shall not apply to such platted areas in onen
development district wherein water mains have been laid in the streets
thereof, and wherein water is available in said water mains for use
of occupants of lots in said platted areas, and where the streets of
said platted areas are equipped with fire hydrants. Sideyard
recuirements for lots in such lilatted areas.shall be not less than
five ( 5 ) feet in width on each side of the building.

Commission with $10.00 for incidentials that they may need.

The chairman appointed Ir Tolg, and i1r. Reiss a committee of two to
inspect properties for a Village Park.
A report from the Road Committee was read and placed on file.
The Committee ole roads recommended that the request of the 'N.P.A. forman
for a maxiriin of two trucks during march be approved,
Motion b%, Tolg seconded by Frandsen that the recommondation of the Road
Committee be accepted.

Motion by Reiss seconded by Tolg to adopt the following resolution:
Resolved: By
the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley,
County of Hennepin
and State of Yinn., that the salary of
the
Treasurer of
the Village of Golden Valley is hereby fixed
at $7.50
per month during
his present term in office.

condition of the Floor and Ceiling permission was rejected.

to keep the kemorial Drive and Lilac Drive free so far as possible of
refreshment stands,filling stations, taverns, and business establishment&
in general
