A Treasurers report was read and placed s8 file.
A letter from the Thrall vest Co. in regard to the purchasing of the
street inhrrovement warrants was read.
The Village attorney approved the Thrall 'lest Co. nronersition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BF 1T RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Golden Valley, Minnesota, that the bid of

Street Improvement 'Warrants on account of Street Improvement No, 1 of
the Village of Golden Valley at a price of Pa R for such war-
rants, bearing interest at the rate of 6 'Baer annum, payable
semiannually, is hereby found and determined to be a fa-,rorable Gaffer
and is hereby accepted, and the 'resident and Clerk are authorised to
sign the contract for the sale of said warrants in accordance with
said offer, said vmrrants to be payable solely from special assessments
as heretoforeprovided.

The chairman recom-ended tabling the Street Lighting proposition.
The clerk was instructed to communicate with the League of 'Kinnt;'_unicipaalit
to gather information for registering of Voters.

was read.

lotion by Tolg seconded by 'Wilson that the Planning Commission submit
to the Council, their suggestions for revision of the zoning ordinance
along the lines of the Commission's letter to the Council dated July 15th

The Planning Commission recommended the granting of a. special permit to
R.R. Parker to erect a house on Lot 17,Block 4 Tyrol "Hills, on condition
that the committee of Tyrol Hills Inc. approves the same.
Motion by Tolg seconded by Frandsen that the recommendations of the plannig
Commistion be adopted.
