The meeting was called to order by the chairman Raymond T.Raskop.

A Treasurers report was read and placed on file.

Harold nronerty.This dump to be maintained by a caretaker who shall
be supported by Fees collected by him and fixed by the council.

The chairman asked the Council to confirm his appointments of the Civil
Service Cominision*Fletcher Olson,president for a one year term, Sanko
for a 2 years terrii,and Robert Landry for a 3 year term.

Resolved, That to conferii with the provisions of Laws of 1939,
Section 1, the Village of Golden Valle;,, hereby approves the classifica.timL
of the attached list of fortfeited lands located in said Village as
non -conservation.

to take off 4 feet of the sidewalk and the Council request the highway
Dept. to give 2 feet off the Burin to make a 30 feeot service road on
the north side of sixth ave between France ave and dean Ave.

to be proportioned as follows:3300.00 to the Poor account.2700.00
to the Road and Bridge fund, $900.00 to the General fund, 4600.00 to
the Police fund ,and that the clerk forward this information to the
County Auditor.
