A treasurers report was read by Lrs Casey and ordered placed on file.
br. Helverson gave a report on the condition of the rads in
Delphian Heights.
A road committee consisting of iv'.E.iyelson, Earl Lydell, Belf Flvision,
and 0.4. Ryan from the new Eendney Addition went on record as reauestirrz�w
the resurfacing of 540 feet on Westwood Drive.

RN IT RESOLPED by the Village Council of the Village of Golden
Valley, Minnesota, that the Council has investigated the necessary facts
in order to determine, and does hereby find, determine, and declare that
the petition heretoPore presented to the Comioil for the construction of
culverts and drains in the following streets, all in Clenurban and (,lenurban
2nd. Addition of the VillaF a of golden Valley, namely: ;"'6stwood Drive,
Janalyn Road, Glenorest Road, Meadow Lane, and Park View 'Terrace,
has been signed by mors than the required percentage of the owners of real
property abutting; on said improvement in accordance with the provisions of
thapter 392, Laws of Minnesota for 1925, and amendments thereto.
BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED that said petition shall be referred to
a competent emin cer who shall report thereon to the Council with all
convenient speed.
BE IT FITMER RESOEVED that this resolution shall be published
in the next i s pue of the official al newspaper In acoordance with Chapter 311,
Lave of Minnesota for 1927.
