as recommended, read and Puggested by Mr. Kane, the Village Attorney.

HERELS, it appears necessary and in the public interest that a storm
drain and/or storm sewer be constructed through and from the culvert
located at Turner's Crossroad near the intersection of Edgewood Road and
thence in a generally northwesterly direction along the line of the ditch
running in said direction, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley
that said storm water drain and/or storm sewer be constructed through and
from the culvert located at Turner's Crossroad near the intersection of
Edgewood Road and thence in & generally northwesterly direction along
the-liae of the ditch running in said direction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Road Boas be designated to secure
plans and specifications and an estimated cost of such construction

BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, that the entire expense of said improvement
shall be paid out of special assessments levied on the property specially
benefited by said improvement, said assessments to be levied ratably and
