A letter from the Planning Commission asking the Council to appoint
a committee to work Lith the Commissioner's Imnrovement Committee
on the necessity for a sewage disposal system in Delphian Heights,
was read.

to the Committee,

The clerk read a statement of ,larch Tax Collections from the County
Auditor

The Village Attorney recommended that the Council Day outstanding
state bonds on Delphian Heights water mains out of , kaxes received
from sale of State land in that area and that the funds not be minglood
with general Village funds.
The Clerk and President were served a summons and comnlatnt in a
suit brought by Mr La Zerty amd Mr Loser
The President recommended that the Village Attorney answer the complaint -
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen that the Village Attorney be
Instructed to prepare and serve an answer in the cast of Yoser and
LaZerty vs the Village.

A treasurers report was read and filed.
The President announced a public hearing on the grading of alleys
in Block 1 Delphian Heights
Mr Wolf and Ur Paul Enghauser spoke in aosition to the special
assessments on the alleys. I p .P
Motion by Reiss seconded by Frandsen to adopt the following
resolution:
Whereas pursuant to resolution adopted by the Village Council Marck
26)1945 and published in the Robbinsdal* Post on Xarch 28,1945, the
Village Council has met at the time and place specified therein and
heard all persons interested with reference to proposed imnrovement
of all alleys in Block 1 Delphiin Heights, by grading in said Village

Be it Resolved by the Village Council of said Village of Golden Valley
that the Council here1gy determines not to undertake the improvement
proposed in said resolution.
