Minutes of the regular Council meeting held way 1)1945 was read.
Motion by Reiss seconded by Roe that the minutes stand a-o-oroved
as read.

draw his a-o-olication for an off sale liquor license was read and
filed.

The President referred the matter to the Police '-e-pt.
The Clerk read the resignation of Lester 'Eistad from the Planning
Commission
Motion by Reiss seconded by Wilson that the resignation of Lester

A petition asking the Council to install a sewage disposal unit
in Delphian Heights was read and, placed on file.
The President recommended that the netition be referred to the
Planning Commission
Mrs Gaffney spoke against and Mr Howard and Mr Ryan spoke in favor
of the oetition
The President announced that a special meeting of the Council
would be held May 17)1945 in reNard to the Delphian Height netition

the K-Dls !vorthfield &Southern R.R. for purchase of property off of
Jean Ave for the new fire station. Expires Aug.15)1945
Lotion by Reiss seconded by Moe that the Village attorney be instructed
to draw up an ordinance Drohibing spiking in unlicensed places.

The Village Attorney read an opinion from the Attorney General on the

Fire Chief Schuttleworth reported that Chester Tomcheck will co(a-ply
with his request to,reniodiik as quickly as labor conditions allow) but
that the Tavern is not in -proper condition.
