Minutes of the Council meeting held May 21, 1946 were read.

The President called for estimated bids on the proposed Golden Valley
Fire and Police station
The following bids were received -
1. Paul K Enghauser & Co in the sum of 24,525.00
2. E.F Nandersee & Sons in the sum of 22,500 .00
at
Motion by Reiss seconded by Moe that/the Regular State Election to
beheld in conjunction therewith at which the voters of Golden Valley
shall vote on the following question " Shall the Village of Golden
Golden Valley incur indebtedness by the issuance of bonds for
erection of a needful public bldg for housing the Fire and Police
Dept. in an amount not to -exceed $25,000.00

Motion by Reiss seconded by Mee that at the Regulat State Election
to be held on 4uly 8,1946 a village election be held in conjunction

ednese by the issuance of bonds for tht purchase of land for a site
for the erection of needful public buildings in the amodnt not to
exceed $16,700.00

A letter from the City of Robbinsdale stating that extension was
granted to the Village of Golden Valley for water service for one
year was read and filed.
A letter from the Glenview Terrace Improvement Assn was read and
filed.
Motion by Mee seconded by Frandsen that the Village attorney be
authorized to* arrange an agreement with the water committee of
MPls and that he write the city of Robbinsdale of the Village of
Golden Valley's acceptance of their new regulation.

and the ally in block 4 of the sub divioion known as Kavlis
Cedardale lay on the table until the next meeting.

8:00 o'clock p.m., and .will at said time
and place conduct a public hearing and
act upon the petition of Robert Moser
to rezone the following described property
located in the Village of Golden Valley:
"At least an acre on the north side
of the Golden Valley Road and east
of Northfield and Souther" R. R. in
Sea 33 and Sec. 28, Township, 11,8, -
Range 21:
This Notice is posted in accordance with
a resolution of the Village _Council duly
adopted at its regular meeting held on
