and took his seat as Trustee of the ouneil e*,

AV resident recommended that the Council accept a bid to Black
top mleadow Lane from Popular Lrive to Olson Hghwy

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Moe to adopt the following
resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED tha Petition of R. i,. Joser for temporary
aff
rez)ning of the lands described in his Petition begrantedon condition that
said R. 'V;. Moser submit to the Council of the Village of holden Valley an
agreement that the cement block factory to be built on said premises shall
not be closer than 750 feet to the Belt Line and that at the end of five
years .from the date hereof, he will remove said cement block factory and will
leave the surfaces of the pre:nses set forth in said application in a level
,fcondition and on a rade with the abutting streets and that said g g id agreement
shall further contain a provision that the abandoned hole or pit at Medicine
Lake ?load and the Belt Line shall be filled within said five-year period and
that said R. A. Moser will put a minimum of 5000 cubic yards of fill in said
nit during each year of said term and said agreement shall also provide- M"
that the said R. V. aoser shall .furnish a bond to the Village of Golden Valley
in the amount of Ten Thousand 010, 000.00) Dollars conditioned upon full ,and ;
