The meeting was called to order by the President Harold IS Swenson

Minutes of the adjourned Council meeting held Nov. 21,1946 were read
Motion by Moe seconded by Frandsen that the minutes stand approved
as read.

Lotion by Wilson seconded by Moe that the Council Eesolve itself into
a canvassing board for the purpose of considering the results of the
General Election.

Motion by Frandsen seconded by Moe that the Council accept the resignation
of Hub Nelson as constable.

A petition signed by 15 -persons approving the Outdoor -brine In Theatre
on Wayzata Blvd and a letter from Ir Wolf and 'ter Gainsley explainkng
their proposed theatre was read and referred to the Planning Commsi&nn
for their recommendations.
