Member Teresi introduced the following resolution and MVED its adoptions
"RESOLUTIOW1 (Maintenance of Frontage Road, Wayzata Boulevard, Turner's to
Circle Downs)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Flannagan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereofr 'Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the sames None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, signed by
the Mayor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. See Resolutions Book
page 293.

and East line of SW1/4 of NGS' 1/4 of Section 6, Township 117, Range 21)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member Flannagan, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereofr Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following voted against the samet None,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed.and adopted, signed by
the liyor, and his signature attested by the Clerk. See Resolutions Book

Call for Bids - police Patrol Carl
The Administrator presented an affidavit of publication of notice of call for
bids for one Police Patrol Car. Said affidavit was examined, approved and
ordered placed on file.
The Mayor announced that this was the time and place for the opening and con-
sideration of sealed bids in accordance with the notice of advertisement for
bids heretofore presented to this Council.
The Acting Chief -of -Police submitted one bid. The Village Attorney recomm-
ended a readvertisement of call for bids, since only one bid was received,
Said publication to call for bids for the meeting of March; 18, 1958.
Ree Specifications for New Industrial Tractors
The Acting Village Administrator presented specifications and call for bids
for a new Industrial Tractor, with Cab, Hydraulic front end loader and Hy-
draulic Backhoe.

New Village ball Committee Reportr
Mr. Paul Enghauser, Chairman of the New Village Hall Committee., reported that
plans for the New Village Hall, were progressing according to schedule.
They are awaiting the completion of the Check Plans by the Architects Patch
and Erickson. The final recommendation has not been made on the plat plans
as to the building location.
Internal Audit of Codes for Sanitary Sewer Lateral No. It
Council deferred the matter to the meeting of March 18, 1958.
Report on Federal Water Surveys
The Acting Administrator presented the Application for Advance for Public
Works Planning. Estimated preliminary survey cost approximately $23,000,
based on an estimated total cost of $3,300,000.03 for Public Water Supply
including source of supprLYs distribution, storage and, other appurtenances.
MOVED by Teresi seconded by Flannagan carried to cancel the previous appli-
cation for preliminary funds for Water Survey.
Member Flannagan introduced the following resolution and MDVED its adoptions

All present agreed to add the above matter to the agenda. The Village
Attorney reported the proposed formation of a Suburban Gas Agency, composed
of approximately 12 suburban areas. The Council was favorable to the for-
mation of said Suburban Gas Agency.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, MBnnesota was
held at 8030 Olson Memorial HLghway in said Village on march 4, 1958, at
7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present, Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer, and
Teresi; and the following was absents None.
The Magor oalled the meeting to order at 745 o'clock F. M.
Present were Acting Village Clerk and Administrator Donald Sorensen, Village
Attorney Stanley Kane, Village Treasurer C. W. Bryan, Building Inspector

plans and specifications for frontage roads on Highway #12. Said plans and
specifications were ordered placed on file in the Clerk's office.
