of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
July 14, 1959
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was
held at 7800 Golden Valley Road, in said Village on July 14, 1959, at
9:00 o*clock P. M.
The following members were present: Bies, Nadasdy, Scherer, and Teresi;
and the following was absent: Flannagan.
Present were Village Clerk and Administrator, Roger K. Ulstad, Village
Attorney, Stanley D. Kane.
Re: Moving House from 312 Lilac Drive to 5605 Woodstock Avenue:
The Administrator presented two petitions; one opposing the moving of the
above referenced house, and one to allow the moving of said house. Said
petitions were ordered placed on file in the Clerks office.
The following persons appeared in opposition to moving the above referenced
house: Mr. James J. Fiorentino, 5630 Woodstock Avenue; Mr. Harold A.
Hultgren, 5625 Woodstock Avenue; Mr. Bradley Steinman, 5700 Woodstock
Avenue; Mr. George Lehan, 5635 Woodstock Avenue, Mrs. Thomas Moodie, 5615
Woodstock.
The following persons appeared favoring the moving of said house:
Mr. R. Skelly, 407 Turners Crossroad; Mr. J. F. Legat, 5715 Woodstock
Avera ue .
MOVED by Teresi to rescind the action of July 7, 1959, regarding the
issuance of a license and permit to move a house located at 312 'Lilac
Drive to 5605 Woodstock Avenue. Motion lost for want of a second.
MOVED by Scherer seconded by Teresi carried to adjourn the meeting at
11:00 o'clock P. M.
