SPECIAL MEETING
of the
VILLAGE COUNCIL
October 10, 1959
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Golden Valley, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, was held at 7800 Golden Valley Road in said Village on
October 10, 1959, at 11:00 o'clock A.M.
The following members were present: Bies, Flannagan, Nadasdy, Scherer,
and Teresi; and the following was absent: None.
Present were Village Administrator, Roger K. Ulstad; Village Attorney,
Stanley D. Kane.
Request for Building Permit -Mark Hurd Aerial SurveX Company 345 Penn-
sxIvania Avenue South:
The following persons were also present: Mr. Dewey Ewald, Mr. Minter
of Fairview Construction Company, Mr. and Mrs. Zimmerly and Mr. Allen
C. Bock, President of Mark Hurd Aerial Survey Company.
The Village Attorney reported on the action taken at the last meeting
on October 6, 1959, and recommended that due to the previous zoning
that the building permit should be issued.
MOVED by Flannagan seconded by Bies carried to grant the building per-
mit subject to the following stipulations: that the building be all
brick and if possible to move the location further south, that the
first floor be Z feet above the center line of established street
grade, that they provide street easements of 30 feet on Pennsylvania
Avenue, 50 feet street easement on Laurel Avenue, that they provide
an accompanying letter stating the landscape layout and time of com-
letion; subject to the approval of the Building Inspector.
MOVED by Scherer seconded by Teresi carried to adjourn at 1:00 P. M.
