VILLAGE COUNCIL
December 15, 1970

T.H. #100 Improvement & Scott Avenue Storm Sewer:
Highway{ #100 improvement and Scott Avenue storm sewer were discussed by
Council and the procedure that should be followed in reference to joint
representation by Crystal, Robbinsdale and Golden Valley in the area of
Scott Avenue. The Council felt that the Scott Avenue storm sewer should
be solved as a part of T. H. #100 improvement.
MOVED by Bies seconded by Jensen carried that the service drive extension
across Bassett Creek to Kentley Avenue was a separate problem from the
T.H. #100 improvement and should be considered at a later date on its own
merit.
MOVED by Bies seconded by Stockman carried that the Village Manager con-
tact the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission with reference to Cost
Allocation Committee to make a recommendation on the Scott Avenue storm
sewer, as the Village Engineer has reported no success in negotiating the
cost sharing between Crystal, Robbinsdale and Golden Valley.
