Pursuant to due call and notice
thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council
of the City of Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota, was held at 7800
Golden Valley Road in said City
on November 10, 1977.
The following members were present: Anderson, Hoover, Johnson, Swartz
and
Thorsen. Also present was: Assistant City Manager, Jeff Sweet.
The Mayor called the Council to
order as a Canvassing Board. The Assistant
City Manager presented the election returns for the City Election held
on
November 8, 1977, as follows:
